To ensure the best possible customer proximity and to react flexibly in global competition, the TMGROUP is divided into manageable, independently operating companies. The parent company of the group is TM Verwaltungs GmbH, which acts as a holding company.

The TM Verwaltungs GmbH combines all important central functions. Together with our own independent companies, we are positioned as a flexible, medium-sized, owner-managed and long-term oriented company group.

Concentration on responsibilities

The following central functions are carried out by TM Verwaltungs GmbH across the company to make use of synergy effects:

• sales and marketing
• central purchasing of material, external services and services
• financial management and human resources
• corporate planning and controlling
• energy, environmental and real estate management

Notwithstanding this central responsibility, the TMGROUP companies have a high degree of self-competence. This applies in particular to the following functions:

• work preparation and Project Management
• order management and production
• product and process quality assurance
• maintenance
